Absolutely no problem! At Digitals By Demi Photography, we understand that not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera. We'll discuss your vision before the shoot and guide you through each step, including posing, to ensure things go smoothly.

 Our goal is to make your experience enjoyable and relaxed, so you get the best results possible. We look forward to working with you!

To ensure the proper planning and desired execution, it is advised that portrait and family sessions be booked 3 weeks in advance. 

For event photography, please book 4 weeks in advance. 

Your session fee will be a nonrefundable retainer of 30% the total of your session. This fee secures your date and time and is applied to your total balance

In order to reserve a session date, you must complete the client questionnaire, sign the service agreement, and submit payment for your session fee retainer. 

No session dates or plans will be confirmed until all three are completed.

Your total balance will be due at 10AM the day before your session or event. 

You are given a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your session. A late fee of $55 will apply after 10 minutes. If you are 30 minutes late the session will automatically be canceled. 

Your session fee will be transferred to a new date and a $55 late fee will be applied to your total balance due. We must be notified within 3 days after your original session date of a new session date.

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, including due to weather for outdoor events.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel for any reason other than weather, you may reschedule for a future date (subject to my availability) if you provide at least 14 daysnotice. Cancellations made within less than 14 days will forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book another date.
• Weather-related Cancellations: If severe weather impacts your outdoor event and you don’t have a backup plan, we can reschedule for a future date without penalty, based on my availability. If you choose not to reschedule, 30% of your retainer will be refunded.

Need help planning outfit? No worries at all! If you don’t have an outfit planned for your portrait or family session, we’re here to help. We can assist you in choosing the perfect outfit from your wardrobe to ensure you look and feel your best. 

Our goal is to make your session enjoyable and stress-free, so you can focus on creating beautiful memories.

Absolutely! We're not leaving until you feel satisfied with that you're going to have great images. Additional time can be purchased for $75 for 30 minutes or $150 for an additional hour. 

For event photography, we understand an event can go on longer than anticipated. We extended this offer to you as well. 

Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive a link to choose the final photos you would like to be edited. Turnaround time begins once we are notified of the chosen photos. Additional photos may be purchased, if requested. 

For portrait and family sessions, you will receive your photos professionally retouched in 10 days.

For events, depending on your package, you will receive your images professionally color graded no later than 7 days. 

While many images are captured during a session, only the best images are selected by us and prepared for presentation in the online gallery. Please note that additional images from the session will not be available for preview or purchase, and are removed permanently from the archives after the selection is made.

Yes,  your event photos will be professionally color corrected. If you feel some photos need more than a color correction, that can be discussed but further editing will attract a fee.

We appreciate your interest in the RAW/unedited photos. However, it's not our standard practice to provide them, as they do not reflect the quality and style of our work. If you still wish to have the RAW images, there is a $799 fee for the entire gallery.

 Please note that we do not sell individual RAW or unedited images; the entire gallery must be purchased.
