Absolutely no problem! At Digitals By Demi Photography, we understand that not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera. We'll discuss your vision before the shoot and guide you through each step, including posing, to ensure things go smoothly. Our goal is to make your experience enjoyable and relaxed, so you get the best results possible. We look forward to working with you!
To ensure the proper planning and desired execution, it is advised that portrait and family sessions be booked 3 weeks in advance.
For event photography, please book 4 weeks in advance.
In order to reserve a session date, you must complete the client questionnaire, sign the service agreement, and submit payment for your session fee retainer. No session dates or plans will be confirmed until all three are completed.
Your session fee will be a nonrefundable retainer of 30% the total of your session. This fee secures your date and time and is applied to your total balance.
Your total balance will be due at 10AM the day before your session or event.
You are given a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your session. A late fee of $55 will apply after 10 minutes. If you are 30 minutes late the session will automatically be canceled.

No worries at all! If you don’t have an outfit planned for your portrait or family session, we’re here to help. We can assist you in choosing the perfect outfit from your wardrobe to ensure you look and feel your best. Our goal is to make your session enjoyable and stress-free, so you can focus on creating beautiful memories.
Absolutely! We're not leaving until you feel satisfied with that you're going to have great images. Additional time can be purchased for $75 for 30 minutes or $150 for an additional hour.
For event photography, we understand an event can go on longer than anticipated. We extended this offer to you as well.
Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive a link to choose the final photos you would like to be edited. Turnaround time begins once we are notified of the chosen photos. Additional photos may be purchased, if requested.
For portrait and family sessions, you will receive your photos professionally retouched in 10 days.
For events, depending on your package, you will receive your images professionally color graded no later than 7 days.
While many images are captured during a session, only the best images are selected by us and prepared for presentation in the online gallery. Please note that additional images from the session will not be available for preview or purchase, and are removed permanently from the archives after the selection is made.
Yes, we offer professional retouching and editing services to enhance your portrait and family photos. This includes color correction, basic skin retouching, and other adjustments as needed to ensure that your photos look their best.
Yes, your event photos will be professionally color corrected. If you feel some photos need more than a color correction, that may be discussed.
Yes, we can provide advanced editing services, including body reshaping. Please note that this service comes with an additional fee. We'll be happy to discuss the details and your specific needs during our initial call to ensure we meet your expectations.
We appreciate your interest in the RAW/unedited photos. However, it's not our standard practice to provide them, as they do not reflect the quality and style of our work. If you still wish to have the RAW images, there is a $799 fee for the entire gallery. Please note that we do not sell individual RAW or unedited images; the entire gallery must be purchased.
Once photos are delivered, it is recommended that you download your photos within 7 business days. We do not keep a lifetime archive of your photos, so it's best you download them at your earliest convenience.
If the forecast is questionable, I will contact you two days beforehand to talk about your options. If you would prefer to reschedule, please let us know immediately - no later than 24 hours before the session start time. If you would like to proceed with the session as scheduled, we will need to plan an indoor option for the session, then the day of the session, we will make a final determination of whether the session will be held indoors or outdoors
We are happy to say that 99% of the time, a little preparation on your end and a lot of experience on our end result in a set of photos you will absolutely adore, but we understand that there's no way for you to know that until you have them in your hand. If you're not happy with the photos from your session, we can offer a reshoot.
