Professional Event Photography for Every Celebration

Weddings 

Even small or courthouse ceremonies come with a unique level of planning, emotional value, and responsibility. Capturing one of the most meaningful days in someone’s life is an honor I don’t take lightly, and it deserves special care, time, and attention beyond standard event coverage.

Because of that, weddings are not included in my regular event packages or promotions. They are priced separately to reflect the extra prep, communication, editing, and care that goes into documenting such a beautiful day.

Corporate Events 

Corporate events require a different approach than social events, there’s more coordination, precision, and often tighter delivery timelines. 

Whether it’s a team celebration, networking event, brand launch, or conference, these sessions are typically used for public-facing materials, which means extra attention to detail in both the shooting and editing process.

Because of that, corporate event photography is priced separately from my standard packages.

Both Weddings & Corporate events are excluded in promotional pricing as well. 

We are based in Newark, New Jersey, and love serving nearby areas! 

To ensure the proper planning and desired execution, it is advised that all sessions be booked 3 weeks in advance. 

Events up to 4 hours, 2 weeks noticed is preferred.  

Events that last longer than 4 hours, 3 weeks notice is preferred

Sessions or events booked within 7 to 4 days of the scheduled date will incur a 15% last-minute booking fee, based on your total package price. Bookings made 3 days or less in advance will incur a 20% fee. This ensures we can still deliver the high-quality service your special day deserves.

Weddings and Sweet 16s require extra attention to detail, so their pricing is not included in the standard rates above. These events often have unique timelines and special moments that deserve customized coverage. Please reach out for a personalized quote!

In order to reserve a session date, you must complete the client questionnaire, sign the contract, and submit payment for your session fee retainer. No session dates or plans will be confirmed until all three are completed.

Your session fee will be a nonrefundable retainer of 50% the total of your session. This fee secures your date and time and is applied to your total balance.  

Your total balance will be due at 10AM a week before your event. 

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, including due to weather for outdoor events.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel for any reason other than weather, you may reschedule for a future date (subject to my availability) if you provide at least 14 days notice. Cancellations made within less than 14 days will forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book another date.
• Weather-related Cancellations: If severe weather impacts your event and you don’t have a backup plan, we can reschedule for a future date without penalty if notified within 3 days of your event, based on my availability. If you choose not to reschedule, your total balance minus the retainer will be refunded. 

If while at the event, you would like your photographer to stay longer than the agreed upon time in the contract, it will be $150 per hour or portion of an hour. This fee must be paid no later than 3pm the day after your event, otherwise a $35 late fee will be applied. 

You will receive your images professionally color graded no later than 10 days after your event depending on your package.

While many images are captured during an event, only the best images are selected by us and prepared for presentation in the online gallery. 

Discarded photos are those that are out of focus or test shots. 

Please note that these images will not be available and are removed permanently from the archives.

We appreciate your interest in the RAW/unedited photos. However, it's not our standard practice to provide them, as they do not reflect the quality and style of our work. 

 If you still wish to have the RAW images, there is a $799 fee for the entire gallery. Please note that we do not sell individual RAW or unedited images; the entire gallery must be purchased.

Because I said so! Just kidding! Filling out an inquiry form helps me to better suit your needs before you commit to me as your photographer. 

Once I receive your form, you can expect an email from me in back 3 hours or less. From there we will set up a Zoom video call so we can meet. This helps me to meet your expectations. 

Additionally, this helps us to be more familiar with each other before the big day which I find super helpful for those who can be shy in the front of the camera. Now I'm just not a stranger with a camera!
