We’re based in Newark, New Jersey, and love serving nearby areas! For locations farther out within New Jersey, a travel fee may apply to cover the additional distance.

To ensure the proper planning and desired execution the following is advised:

Events up to 4 hours, 2 weeks noticed is preferred. 

Events that last longer than 4 hours, 4 weeks notice is preferred

Events booked less than 7 days in advance will incur a last-minute booking fee of 15% of your total package price to ensure I can provide the high-quality service your special day deserves.

We do not currently offer wedding photography but we may cover small receptions or civil ceremonies.  

I currently focus solely on photography. As a one-woman show, adding videography would mean I would have to sacrifice some of those picture-perfect moments that I love capturing for you. 

Plus, photos tend to stand the test of time, easily shared and enjoyed across all your devices for years to come!

I do not offer on-the-spot printing because I’m dedicated to capturing every moment of your event. Afterward, each photo is professionally color graded to ensure you and your guests look your absolute best. 

Digital copies are also super convenient for sharing with friends, family, and on social media, making it easy to relive the memories!

In order to reserve a session date, you must complete the client questionnaire, sign the contract, and submit payment for your session fee retainer. No session dates or plans will be confirmed until all three are completed.

Your session fee will be a nonrefundable retainer of 40% the total of your session. This fee secures your date and time and is applied to your total balance.  

Your total balance will be due at 10AM the day before your event. 

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, including due to weather for outdoor events.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel for any reason other than weather, you may reschedule for a future date (subject to my availability) if you provide at least 14 daysnotice. Cancellations made within less than 14 days will forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book another date.
• Weather-related Cancellations: If severe weather impacts your outdoor event and you don’t have a backup plan, we can reschedule for a future date without penalty, based on my availability. If you choose not to reschedule, 30% of your retainer will be refunded.

Additional time can be purchased for $ $100 for an additional hour which will be added to your total investment.

If while at the event, you would like your photographer to stay longer than the agreed upon time in the contract, it will be $125 per hour. This fee must be paid no later than 3pm the day after your event, otherwise a $35 late fee will be applied. 

You will receive your images professionally color graded no later than 4 days. 

While many images are captured during an event , only the best images are selected by us and prepared for presentation in the online gallery. 

Discarded photos are those that are out of focus or test shots. 

Please note that these images will not be available and are removed permanently from the archives.

We appreciate your interest in the RAW/unedited photos. However, it's not our standard practice to provide them, as they do not reflect the quality and style of our work. 

 If you still wish to have the RAW images, there is a $799 fee for the entire gallery. Please note that we do not sell individual RAW or unedited images; the entire gallery must be purchased.

Once photos are delivered, it is recommended that you download your photos within 7 business days. We do not keep a lifetime archive of your photos, so it's best you download them at your earliest convenience.
